IMPORTANT: Marriage licenses are only good for 60 days from date of issuance.

• Upon receipt of your payment, we will contact you to schedule your wedding date within two business days.

• You will need your Marriage License number and issue date prior to visiting the Court.
• Fill out the Wedding Application and bring it with you to the Civil Department.

• Fill out the photo and video release form below and bring it to Court on your wedding day if you would like us to publicize your wedding on social media.
• Check in with the Bailiff when you arrive in Court. Arrive 15 minutes early.
